My latest report showed my hb is on the lower side and im already in my 8th month so not much time left before delivery. My doc has started me on something but i want to add the right foods too. What worked for you all?
My hb dropped low in the last month and the doctor had to act fast. Please dont try to manage it alone with food, let your gynac decide if you need stronger iron.
I kept my hb up with green leafy veg, dates, jaggery and the iron tablets my doc gave. Take iron with something citrusy like a bit of lemon, it absorbs better, my doctor told me.
Haan palak, beetroot, anaar sab help karta hai na. But 8th month mein dont rely only on food, take the iron your gynac prescribed properly, that matters most.
