My last report showed low hb and the doc told me to improve it, im 7 months now. Feeling thoda weak and tired all the time. What foods actually helped u all to bring it up?
My Hb dropped to 8.5 and I felt so weak and exhausted all the time. After my doctor increased my iron dosage and I ate green leafy veggies, I felt much better.
