How to increase heartbeat of baby during pregnancy?
At my last scan the doc said baby's heartbeat is on the lower side and to come back for a recheck. Now im sitting at home with so much tension. Is there anything I can do meanwhile, or do i just wait? Anyone been through this?
Beta, baby's heartbeat is completely in nature's hands and we cannot increase it ourselves. When I was staying with my parents, they just told me to eat well and stay stress-free, but always trust whatever your doctor says about the scan reports.
I just had my baby last month and went through all these scan worries. There is really nothing we can do from our side to change the baby's heart rate. Just stay calm, take your prescribed medicines, and talk to your doctor clearly.
I don't have medical knowledge about this, but during my scans, my gynac would just check the heartbeat and tell us if it was normal. There is nothing we can eat or do to change it, so please consult your doctor for any doubts.
Baby's heart rate is controlled by their own autonomic nervous system and overall development, so there's no home remedy to increase it. If the scan showed a low heart rate, please follow up closely with your gynac for another ultrasound.
My saas used to tell me to drink milk and rest, but honestly, baby's heartbeat is a medical thing. If the doctor has mentioned any concern, please check with them directly instead of trying any home remedies.
I totally panicked during my 7-week scan because the heartbeat was on the lower side, but my doctor told me it's normal in early weeks and it went up by the next scan. Please don't stress and just follow your doctor's advice, they know best.
When I had gestational diabetes, I had to be very careful with my diet and stress levels. But for baby's heartbeat, there's no specific food that can increase it. Please speak to your gynac to understand if any medical follow-up is needed.
