How to increase hemoglobin naturally in pregnancy?
My hb came low in the report, im in 6th month. Doc gave something but i also want to fix it with diet, ghar ka khana. Which foods actually helped you raise hemoglobin? anyone with same issue?
My hemoglobin fell to 9.5 in my recent test and I am so worried. I'm trying to eat beetroot and pomegranate daily, but did anyone else face this and did it improve? I really don't want to go for iron injections.
Beta, ghabrao mat. Roz subah thoda sa chukandar aur gajar ka juice piyo, aur lohe ki kadhai mein sabji banaya karo. Hamare yahan sab yahi karte hain, hemoglobin jaldi badh jata hai.
I managed to keep my hemoglobin high by having dates, jaggery, and sesame seeds regularly, along with lots of citrus fruits to help the iron absorb. It kept my energy levels great right up to my delivery! Just stay consistent with your diet and keep your doctor updated.
My care team at the hospital was very strict about my blood counts. They suggested a specific clinical nutritionist who charted out meals with spinach, dates, and vitamin C rich foods to help absorption. Definitely consult your hospital's dietician to get a personalized plan.
Look, natural ways like eating pomegranate, spinach, and beetroot are good, but don't ignore your iron supplements. Pregnancy needs more iron than food alone can give. Eat your greens but take the pills your doctor prescribed without fail.
