My report came and hp is on the lower side, gynac said it should be higher. Im 4 months and already feeling thoda tired and dizzy. Apart from tablets what all did you eat to bring it up?

Low Hb can be so scary, I kept worrying about baby's growth! Please eat iron-rich foods like apples, dates, and dark green veggies, and make sure u take your iron pills with Vitamin C (like lemon water) for better absorption.
I had very low Hb before my C-section and my doctor put me on double iron supplements. Eating beetroot salad and pomegranate daily helped me recover my strength post-delivery. Be regular with whatever tablets your doc prescribes.
