With my PCOS and being over 35 it took us a bit longer, so I wont pretend it was instant. What helped was regular doctor follow ups and patience. Every body is different so please go by what your gynac suggests for you.
I totally understand the worry that comes with age, I felt it too. But please dont lose hope, so many of us conceived after 35 happily. Take care of yourself and trust your journey.
I had my second at 36, it absolutely happens yaar. Track your ovulation properly, eat well and cut down stress as much as you can. And get a basic check done with your gynac so you start informed.
My doctor said after 35 its good to get egg reserve and basic fertility checks early instead of waiting long. She also stressed healthy weight and folic acid before trying. Knowing the numbers early really took the guesswork out for us.
