Honestly, eating beetroot and spinach helped me a lot, but I also kept doing my mild walks. My gynac only allowed 20 mins slow walking because of my low levels, so please check with your doc before starting any exercises. Focus on diet first!

Actually low hemoglobin is super common but needs attention. Please ensure you are not taking your iron tablets with milk or tea, as calcium blocks iron absorption. Have them with water or orange juice, and get your levels retested as your doc suggests.
