How to increase water in stomach during pregnancy?
Last scan mein doc said my amniotic fluid is thoda on the lower side, im 30 weeks. She asked me to come back for recheck. Meanwhile i wanted to know if theres anything i can do at home, like drinking more water etc. Anyone went through this?
Oh, I hope everything is okay with you. I'm not pregnant yet, but I've heard from friends that drinking a lot of water and fluids helps generally. But for something specific like this, maybe it's best to ask your doctor. They will know what's safe and good for you.
Oh god, is your amniotic fluid low? I would be so worried! I always overthink everything, so I completely get why you're asking. But please, please call your gynac right now. They can tell you exactly what to do and if you need any specific treatment. Don't delay it.
"Water in stomach" like, amniotic fluid, right? My gynac keeps telling me to drink more water, which I'm trying to do but then I have to pee every five minutes, it's a cycle! Maybe drinking coconut water helps? But seriously, ask your doctor, they'll know exactly what to do.
You mean amniotic fluid levels? Usually, they check that during your scans. If your levels are low, your doc will probably tell you to drink lots of water and fluids, like fresh juices or coconut water. Sometimes bed rest is advised too, but it really depends on what your doctor says after seeing your reports.
This is definitely something you need to discuss with your gynac immediately. "Water in stomach" if it refers to amniotic fluid, it's a medical condition that needs proper diagnosis and management by a doctor. Please don't try any home remedies without consulting them. Your doctor is the best person to guide you safely.
