Honestly twins mostly happen due to genes or fertility treatment, you cant really plan it. I got mine as a happy shock and trust me, two at once is double cute and double tired haha.
In my case twins came through IVF, so a fertility doctor is the one who can really talk to you about chances. Whatever you do, please go through a proper specialist.
There is no safe home trick for this. If twins is something you are hoping for, just have an honest chat with a gynac instead of following random tips online.
