Sister, the first sign for most is a missed period, then tiredness and nausea. Some feel sore breasts too. Take a home test and then see the doctor to be sure.
Missed period plus a positive home kit is the clearest indicator, the rest of the symptoms vary person to person. I had nausea in one pregnancy and almost nothing in the other. Confirm with a blood test at the gynac.
For me the earliest hint was just feeling unusually tired and a bit moody. Then my period didnt come. Did others also feel it before the test even showed?
