Haan simple rakho na, bas baith ke bol do. Indian parents anyway get so happy they wont care how you said it. Mine just started planning everything within 5 mins.
When I told my mom I just held her hand and showed her the test, I couldnt even speak, I felt so emotional. She cried happy tears. Just do it your own way, there is no perfect line to say.
I gave my dad a tiny baby socks in a box and watched him get confused for a full minute haha. The reaction was priceless. Make it fun if your family is that type!
Aww congrats! :) I wrapped the scan photo as a little gift for both sets of parents. Their faces were everything. Do something small and from the heart.
In our joint family we told everyone together over dinner so no one feels left out. My MIL was the happiest. If you have a big family that worked nicely for us.
