Beta cool things like chaas, soaked sabja and lots of water help with the garmi. We avoid too much spicy and fried food which heats the tummy. Simple ghar ka cooling food is best, but if you feel real burning ask the doctor.
Buttermilk was my best friend, I had it after every meal and it soothed everything. Cool fruits like watermelon also felt amazing. Honestly made the cravings and the heat both bearable.
