Stop googling every minor symptom and reading horror stories online. Go out for small walks, listen to your favorite music, and sleep as much as you can.
Try to stay positive but if you feel consistently down or anxious, please share it with your doctor. Mental health is just as important as physical health during pregnancy.
I totally understand how overwhelming the mood swings can be. Treat yourself gently, take a warm bath, look at baby clothes, and remember you are doing an amazing job.
