U cant know immediately after, the body takes time. Wait till ur period is due and if its late, do a home urine test in the morning. Thats the simplest way.
I was so impatient and kept googling symptoms. Truth is u just have to wait for the period date. Testing before that mostly gives wrong result, learnt that the hard way.
There is no way to confirm right after honestly. Implantation takes about a week or more. Best is wait for a missed period then test, or do a blood test with ur doctor if u cant wait.
