The early signs are a missed period, tiredness, light nausea and tender breasts, that's how I knew. My paati noticed my face changed before I even tested, ha. But the sure way is a home test and then the doctor's confirmation.
Missed period is the biggest clue, then tiredness, nausea, sore breasts. Some feel nothing at all though. Just take a home test after your period is due and confirm with a blood test if needed.
For me it started with sudden tiredness and food smells bothering me. Then I missed my period and tested positive. Everyone is different na, so a test is the only real way to know.
