How to know due date pregnancy?

I just got my positive test and im so excited but also confused about how they calculate when baby will actually come. My periods are kind of irregular so im not sure if counting from last period even works for me. How did you figure out ur date?

From last period date, then scan confirms. Easy.

My doctor counted from the first day of my last menstrual period, adding 40 weeks. The early dating scan then fine tuned it. She said the scan date is the more reliable one.

Haan it's usually calculated from your last period na. But remember it's just an estimate, baby comes when baby wants. Mine came a week early itself.

I just put my last period date into a due date calculator app and it gave me an estimate. The scan later confirmed it pretty closely. Handy little tool honestly.
