How to know if baby is growing well during pregnancy?
Im 20 weeks and sometimes i just sit and worry if my baccha is developing properly inside. Scans look fine but the doubt stays in my mind. How do u guys know everything is going well between checkups?
Because of my fluctuating thyroid levels, I was always worried about my baby's growth. The best way is to stay regular with your ultrasounds and blood tests, as your doctor will track the baby's weight and length accurately.
I felt so connected to my baby, but I used to worry constantly if she was growing well. Honestly, seeing her active kicks and hearing her heartbeat during the doctor visits was the only thing that gave me peace.
In my experience, as long as you are hitting your weight milestones, feeling regular baby movements after 20 weeks, and your scans are clear, your baby is doing wonderfully well.
My mother always said a happy mother makes a healthy baby, but we must trust the doctor's measurements. Regular checkups and measuring the fundal height at the clinic are the safest ways to know.
Unless you have built-in ultrasound eyes, the only real way is through your gynac's scans! Trust your growing belly and those midnight kicks that keep you awake—that's the baby saying 'I'm doing great!'
