How to know if egg is fertilized pregnancy?

Its been about a week since ovulation and im overthinking every little feeling in my body. Is there any way to actually tell before the period date? Pls share ur experience yaar.

You cant feel it, the test confirms it after missed period.

You cant really feel the exact moment of fertilization, the body doesnt signal it. Some women get light implantation spotting or mild cramps a few days later. The sure way to know is a test after your missed period.

I tracked everything on my app but even that cant confirm fertilization, only predict ovulation. Real confirmation comes from the pregnancy test. Just wait for the missed period and test with morning urine.
