Early days for me, around 7 weeks, and I dont feel much except little nausea. Thoda tension ho raha hai whether everything is growing properly inside. How do you ladies feel reassured between scans?
Yaar tension mat lo, actually early on it is just breast tenderness and nausea. Later the baby bump starts showing and kicks begin. Standard pregnancy process hai, just enjoy the ride!
Beta, early pregnancy shows through morning sickness and a changing body. Take a warm cup of milk with a little badam at night and rest well. Your body knows how to grow the baby, trust the natural process.
Don't overthink this. The only real way to know is through your regular doctor checkups and scans. Symptoms can come and go, but as long as your scans are fine, your pregnancy is progressing perfectly.
I feel my baby's progress mostly through my stamina levels during daily walks. Doing light prenatal yoga also keeps me active, but only do these if your doctor has allowed it. Staying active really helps u connect with your body.
When you are busy at work, you sometimes miss the small changes. Track your scan dates strictly on your phone calendar. If you don't have severe cramps or bleeding, things are usually on track.
Honestly even I am in my second trimester and keep wondering the same thing every day. Now that I can feel mild flutters it gives some peace of mind. Did anyone else also feel super anxious before their scans?
Trust the divine power that is shaping your little one. Keeping a positive mind and chanting or listening to good music keeps the baby happy. Take care of yourself, the universe is guiding you.
My hospital has a 24/7 care coordinator app, and I just message them whenever I get anxious. During your routine checkups, ask your gynac to explain the growth milestones clearly. It saves so much unnecessary stress.
