Twins run in my husbands family and my nausea this time feels way stronger than my first pregnancy. Scan is still a couple weeks away and im honestly so curious. how did u all figure out it was twins, any early signs?
Honestly my symptoms were just everything times two, more nausea, more tiredness, faster bump growth. But the only real way to know is the scan, symptoms can fool you. Mine were a complete shock on the ultrasound haha.

My doc said stronger nausea, higher hcg and a uterus measuring bigger than dates can hint at twins. But she stressed only the ultrasound confirms it for sure. So dont go just by feelings.
