We are trying and im super impatient lol. Its been roughly two weeks and i keep wondering if theres any way to tell this early or if its just too soon. Anyone noticed anything at this point?
At just two weeks after conception its very early, often around your missed period. My doc said a urine test may show faint or even negative this early, and a blood beta hCG is more sensitive. Symptoms like tiredness or sore breasts may just be starting. Testing with morning urine helps.
