You usually cant feel the exact moment, that part is a myth. Doctors count from your last period date and then the early scan fine tunes it. Dont stress about the exact day, the scan does the maths for you.

My doctor explained that conception usually happens around ovulation, roughly mid cycle, about 2 weeks before your next period was due. But the exact day is hard to pin down. The early dating scan they do is actually the most accurate way to estimate it, mine adjusted my dates a bit.
Beta the body dosent send a signal that moment usually. Around ovulation time is when it likely happens, but let the doctor work out the dates from your scan. Thats the reliable way, dont worry over guessing.
