How to know you are pregnant without a pregnancy test?
I think I might be pregnant, but I haven't been able to get a pregnancy test yet. Are there any reliable ways to know you are pregnant without a test? What signs should I look for?
With PCOS, my periods were always late, so I couldn't rely on missed dates at all. I only suspected it when my breasts felt unusually sore and heavy, which was different from my regular PMS. But please don't guess too much, a blood test or strip test is the only reliable way.
For me, it was this weird metallic taste in my mouth and feeling extremely exhausted by 8 PM daily! I just knew something was different. But still, that double line on the kit is what gave me the actual confirmation.
I felt a strange pulling sensation in my lower abdomen and my nipples became very sensitive to touch. These can be strong early signs, but please wait a bit and do a home test to know for sure.
You might feel early signs like fatigue, frequent urination, or implantation cramping, which happen due to hormonal changes. However, there is no scientific way to confirm pregnancy without testing the hCG levels in urine or blood. Get a home test kit done once your period is late.
My little one is 2 now, but I still remember feeling so unusually sleepy and bloated before my missed period. It's funny how our bodies give subtle hints. Just hang in there and test in a few days to be sure!
I actually felt super emotional and kept crying at random movies before I even missed my period! Did anyone else experience mood swings so early on before testing positive?
A missed period is the biggest sign, along with breast tenderness or metallic taste in your mouth. But honestly, even with all these symptoms, only a urine test can confirm it properly. Wait for your date and test, dear.
