How to know your baby is growing during pregnancy?
Second trimester chal raha hai and between scans i keep wondering if baccha is growing fine. No movements felt yet so honestly thoda anxious rehti hu. What signs tell u everything is on track?
I am in my 5th month now and my bump is barely visible, which makes me so anxious. Do we only get to know through scans, or does the baby movement start feeling stronger soon?
My saas always says that if you are eating well and your belly is slowly coming out, the baby is growing perfectly. But honestly, we still went for every single scan to be 100% sure.
I used to worry constantly that my bump was too small compared to others. But my gynac assured me that as long as scans are normal, the baby is growing fine. Don't worry, every mom carries differently!
I know exactly how scary it feels to not know what's happening inside. It's so easy to worry between doctor appointments. But tracking movements after 24 weeks really helped calm my mind.
In the 3rd trimester, you will literally feel the baby treating your ribs like a boxing bag! Trust me, the constant kicking and my giant belly leave no doubt that the baby is growing.
When I was staying with my parents, my mom used to tell me that a growing belly and the baby's movements are the best signs. Of course, the regular doctor scans are what give you the final peace of mind.
The most accurate way is your regular ultrasound scans and when the doc measures your bump. Once you cross 20-22 weeks, those sweet kicks will also keep you reassured daily.
Beta, eat healthy homemade food and milk to help the baby grow well. Traditional elders say a happy mother makes a healthy baby. But do get your regular checkup done at the clinic.
