Just got one of those big U shaped pillows but honestly im so confused how to actually use it properly. Im in 7th month and my kamar pains a lot at night. How do u position it for side sleeping?
Honestly, if those expensive pillows are out of budget, just use two normal cotton pillows. Put one under your belly and one between your knees, it does the exact same job.
Left side is always best. Put one end under your head, let it support your belly, and clamp the bottom part between your thighs to relieve pelvic pressure.
The ideal way is to sleep on your left side. Place the pillow to support your head, run it under your belly to relieve the weight, and tuck the lower part between your knees to align your spine.
When I had terrible nausea, lying flat made it worse. Propping my upper body up with the pregnancy pillow really helped reduce the acid reflux at night.
I had to be very disciplined with my sleep schedule to keep my sugar levels stable. Supporting my bump with the pillow on my left side really helped me get restful sleep.
Haan na, starting mein it feels so weird to use it! Just sleep on your left side, put the long side under your belly, and tuck the other end between your knees for comfort.
