My belly is getting bigger now in the 6th month and sleeping has become such a struggle. I keep turning the whole night and cant find a comfy position. How do you all manage to lie down properly?
My app kept reminding me, left side sleeping is the recommended one. A wedge or pregnancy pillow honestly changed my nights. I'd avoid flat on back from second trimester onwards.
Sleep on your side, especially the left side, it's best for blood flow to the baby. Put a pillow between your knees and one under your bump, makes a huge difference. Avoid lying flat on your back in later months, it can feel uncomfortable and dizzy.
Left side pe so na, woh baby ke liye best hota hai. Ek pillow ghutno ke beech aur ek pet ke neeche rakh, bahut aaram milega haan na. Peeth ke bal mat let, baad ke mahino mein theek nahi lagta.
Girl by third trimester lying down becomes a whole engineering project lol. I'm surrounded by like four pillows now, left side, pillow between knees, one behind back. It looks ridiculous but it's the only way I sleep these days.
