I keep reading that music is good for baby but honestly i dont know the right way. Do u put earphones on the belly or just play it in the room? Curious what u mommies actually do.
I used to keep soft bhajans and instrumental in the evenings, it calmed me down so much. No need for any fancy belly headphones, just play it normally in the room. Baby feels ur calm more than the actual song i feel.
Haha i played everything from classical to old bollywood, my baby's first concert basically. Honestly just keep it at normal volume, no need to blast it near the tummy. If u enjoy it, baby enjoys it.
There are some apps with pregnancy music playlists, i used one daily. I just played it on speaker, didnt bother putting earphones on the belly, doctors say normal room volume is enough. Whatever relaxes u is good for baby too.
I played carnatic and some soft instrumentals every morning, felt very peaceful. Avoid very loud sound directly on the belly, keep it gentle. More than the music, ur peace of mind matters da.
Just play soft music you like, in the room or on low speaker. No special technique needed beta. The whole point is for u to relax, baby picks up on that.
