Oh god, even after 2 years that stubborn pouch remains! Honestly, cutting down on deep-fried snacks and sweets helped me the most. You don't have to starve, just make healthier choices.
I totally understand how hard it is to look at our bodies and feel like they have changed forever. Don't worry, 2 years is still a great time to start! Gentle core exercises and eating healthy can really help you feel like yourself again.
Two years ho gaye hain toh body fully recover ho chuki hai, ho na! Ab tum dhyan se strength training ya yoga suru kar sakti ho. Sugar thoda kam karo aur walks par jao, dheere dheere farak dikhega.
Be gentle with yourself, your body created a beautiful life. Try to slowly incorporate simple walking and healthy home food, it will take time but you will get there.
Yaar, postpartum belly actually takes a lot of time to go. Try doing exercises for diastasis recti, sometimes it's just muscle separation. Normal crunches won't help, so look up specific core workouts on YouTube.
With office and a toddler, finding time is so hard. I just do a 15-minute home workout app or walk during my calls. Focus on high protein foods and drink lots of water, it really fits into a busy schedule.
Personally, I found that skipping sugar and doing regular brisk walking for 30 minutes made the biggest difference for my belly. I didn't do any extreme diets, just stayed active with my kid.
In our joint family, my mother-in-law says that a mother's body takes a few years to fully settle, so don't feel discouraged. Now that your child is 2, you can easily start doing yoga at home and going for long evening walks with the baby to lose the belly.
