Give it time first, your body just did a huge job. After both kids I started with walking and light core work only once my doctor cleared me, around the 6 week mark. Slow and steady with clean eating works way better than crash diets.
Breastfeeding actually helped me lose some of it slowly, it burns extra calories. I didnt diet hard because I needed energy for feeding. Just eat balanced, stay hydrated and the body adjusts gradually na.
With work and a baby I had zero time for gym, so I just walked during calls and ate sensibly. It came off slowly over months, not overnight. Be patient with yourself, the postpartum body needs time honestly.
After my C-section I had to wait longer before any core exercise, my doctor was strict about that. I started with gentle walks and only added tummy work after she said it was safe. Please dont rush it, healing comes first.
