How to lose weight after pregnancy and breastfeeding?
My baby is 5 months now and im still carrying a lot of the pregnancy weight. I dont want to do anything drastic since im breastfeeding and dont want my milk supply to drop. How did u mommies manage it? share what worked pls.
Honestly breastfeeding itself burned a lot for me, the weight slowly came down on its own. Don't crash diet now, your body needs proper food to make milk. Eat well, stay hydrated, the rest follows slowly.
