How to lose weight on bum and thighs after pregnancy?
Delivered 4 months back and my lower body just refuses to come back to shape, all the weight settled on my thighs and hips. Im still breastfeeding so dont want to do anything extreme. Mommies who lost it, pls share what helped.
After my c section I had to wait longer before any exercise, the doctor was clear about that. I started with short walks only once she said it was safe. Dont jump into core or thigh workouts early after surgery, heal first.
With a newborn and work I had zero time for the gym honestly. I fit in walks with the pram and quick home workouts during naps. Eating home cooked and cutting sugar helped more than anything.
Once my doctor cleared me after the postpartum check, I started with daily walks and gentle squats. Consistency matters more than intensity in the start. Dont rush it, your body needs time to heal first.
Please be gentle with yourself, your body just grew a whole baby. I felt pressure to bounce back too but it really takes months. Slow walks, good food and patience, the weight does come off when you are ready.
