Im in my second trimester and my kamar is killing me by evening, especially after sitting all day. Doing some stretching but not much relief. What worked for u all, pls share.
Oh God, back pain along with morning sickness is the absolute worst combination! What worked for me was sitting on a hard chair with a small cushion supporting my lower back instead of sinking into a soft sofa. Try to take small walks inside the house too, it keeps the joints active.
I'm in my 19th week and my lower back feels like it's cracking every time I stand up for more than ten minutes. Is this completely normal in the 2nd trimester? Did any of u also experience this so early?
Don't go buying those expensive maternity cushions or heating belts, they cost a bomb and are barely used. Just fold a normal thick bedsheet or extra pillow and keep it under your back for support. Keep your money saved for the delivery costs and those endless baby tests!
Simple ghar pe remedies are best for this. Have your husband give u a very light oil massage on your lower back, and use a warm water bag for 10 minutes. Also, don't bend directly to pick things up, always squat down slowly.
I know how every little pain can make you worry, especially after a long journey to conceive. Try using a soft pregnancy pillow between your knees when sleeping on your side, it really helps align the spine. Just be very gentle with any movements and avoid any heavy lifting.
