How to lower blood pressure during pregnancy food?
My BP came slightly on the higher side in last checkup and gynac asked me to watch my diet. Im 28 weeks and want to manage it through khana mostly. Which foods actually help bring it down, pls share what worked for u.
Beta, high BP mein laparwahi nahi karte. Khane mein namak bilkul kam kar do, dahi aur nariyal paani piyo, par sabse pehle doctor ko dikhao. Gynac se baat karna bahut zaroori hai isme.
