How to lower blood pressure in pregnancy naturally?
My BP has been a bit high lately and im trying to avoid stress. Doc is monitoring it but i also want to manage it ghar pe with diet and rest. Anyone found natural things that actually helped?
I totally understand how stressful it is to see high BP readings, sweetheart. Please sit down, drink some water, and do some light breathing exercises to calm your mind. But please call your doctor and let them know, they will keep you and baby safe.
Just like thyroid, blood pressure needs regular medical checkups and sometimes proper medicine to keep the baby safe. You can reduce salt and practice deep breathing, but please follow up with your doctor weekly to monitor it.
When I was pregnant, I found that taking short walks and getting enough sleep helped keep my mind calm. But please don't take any chances with high BP; always monitor it at home and share the readings with your gynac.
Honestly, "natural" remedies like cutting salt or drinking water can only do so much. High BP during pregnancy is a medical concern that needs your doctor's immediate attention. Don't risk it, call your gynac and get checked.
My mother-in-law used to suggest tender coconut water and cutting down on salt to help stay calm, which was nice. But high BP in pregnancy can get risky, so please make sure you check with your doctor regularly. Don't rely only on home tips.
While keeping stress low and avoiding heavy foods can help, doctor's advice is absolutely best here. Preeclampsia is real, so always let your gynecologist manage your blood pressure. Don't hesitate to take medicine if they prescribe it.
