This is my first and i just want to do everything right for my baby. Bit overwhelmed honestly with all the info online. What are the basic things u all focused on to keep the pregnancy healthy? would love some real advice.
I tracked my appointments, water intake and kick counts later on with an app, kept me on top of things. Eat well, hydrate, sleep, regular checkups, and dont believe every scary thing online. Keep it steady.
Basics work best honestly, eat home cooked balanced food, take ur prescribed folic acid iron calcium, sleep well and dont skip ur checkups and scans. Walk daily if doctor allows. Both times I kept it simple and it was fine.
U dont need expensive stuff to be healthy. Home food, the basic prescribed tablets, regular gov or clinic checkups and walking are enough. I planned my tests in advance so cost was spread out and nothing got missed.
I do light walking and prenatal yoga, but only after my gynac cleared me for it. Movement really helped my mood and digestion. Dont push too hard though, listen to ur body and stop if anything feels off.
Stay calm and positive, that matters more than people think. Eat well, rest, take care and trust ur doctor for the medical side. A peaceful mind helps both u and baby.
Amma always said eat fresh, rest enough and stay happy, and thats actually solid advice. I added doctor checkups and proper supplements to it. Mix of family wisdom and doctor guidance worked nicely for me.
