Im gaining quite fast in my second tri and the numbers on the scale are stressing me out a bit. I dont want to overdo it but also dont want to eat too little for baby. How did u all balance this?
You don't need to starve, just focus on nutrition. I walk for 30 minutes daily and do mild yoga because my gynac allowed it. Avoid sweet cravings and eat high protein like paneer or sprouts.
Haan na, weight gain is such a big worry for everyone! I just cut down on bakery items and started eating regular ghar ka khana. Keeping yourself active with light ghar ka kaam also helps a lot, ho na.
Honestly, it's so hard to maintain weight when you crave pani puri and momos every evening! I balance it by eating fruits and salads in the morning, so I can enjoy my favorite treats in the evening without guilt.
My mom always said pregnancy doesn't mean eating for two people, just eat healthy. She used to give me dry fruits, fresh milk, and homemade rotis. Just avoid fried stuff and outer food, weight will be in limit.
