How to make a pregnancy test out of toothpaste?

I keep seeing this toothpaste thing on reels and got curious. Cant go buy a proper kit till tomorrow so thinking of trying it just for now. Has anyone actually done it, does it really show anything?

Yaar the only thing the toothpaste test confirms is that your toothpaste works. Don't waste a good Colgate on it. Just buy a real kit and save yourself the drama.

My doctor laughed when I asked about the toothpaste thing, she said it only reacts to acidity, not the pregnancy hormone. So it can fizz for many reasons and means nothing. Only a urine kit or blood test actually detects pregnancy.
