My friend had cervix length issue in her pregnancy, so now I am worried for myself also. My scan is next week and I dont even know what signs to watch. Can we do anything or is it only checked by doctor?
Beta this isn't something to fix at home, it's something your doctor watches during scans. If you're worried about it, just bring it up at your next visit and they'll check and guide you. Don't stress yourself with random remedies.
I had a weak cervix issue and honestly this is fully a doctor's matter. They monitor it on scans and if needed do certain procedures or rest. Please dont rely on home tips for this, discuss it properly with your gynac.
My doctor said cervical strength isn't really something you can build with food or exercise, it's a medical thing they keep an eye on through cervical length scans. If there's any concern they manage it with rest or a stitch. Best to ask your gynac directly about your case.
I went through a loss linked to this earlier so I understand the worry deeply. What helped me next time was close monitoring by my doctor and following her exactly, including some rest. Please lean on your gynac for this, it's too important to guess.
