We have been trying for a few months and nothing yet, im starting to feel a little anxious tbh. Are there things that actually help it happen sooner.. timing, diet, anything? Would love to hear what worked for u all.
I'll gently say, theres no magic fast button and thats okay. We tried naturally for a while before help, and timing the fertile window is the main thing. If it doesnt happen in some months, seeing a fertility doctor early is totally fine, dont lose heart.
Dont stress too much yaar, that genuinely matters. Track your ovulation days, eat well, sleep well. It happens when the body is relaxed, I promise overthinking only delays it.
With PCOS my cycles were irregular so tracking ovulation was tricky, dont compare your timeline with others. My doctor helped me figure out my fertile window and that made a real difference. If periods are irregular, a gynac visit early is worth it.
When we wanted to conceive faster I tracked my fertile days, basically the few days around ovulation are the most important. Folic acid, healthy eating and reducing stress also helped. A preconception checkup with a gynac gave us a good head start.
Time it right, the days around ovulation matter most. Use an ovulation kit or track your cycle. And honestly relax, stress slows it down. Give it a few months before worrying.
