How to make ginger tea for nausea during pregnancy?
Im 7 weeks and the morning sickness is killing me, mostly mornings but evenings bhi. My mom keeps saying adrak wali chai will help. How do you actually make it, how much ginger and is it safe to have daily? Pls share if it worked for u.
Beta just take a small piece of fresh adrak, crush it lightly and boil in a cup of water for few mins. Strain and sip slowly, dont gulp. Keep the ginger little only, too much heat is not good in early days.
I used to make it plain, just ginger boiled in water, no sugar for me because of my sugar levels. A little honey if you want sweetness. The warm sips really settled my stomach in the mornings.
Ginger tea or just sucking on a ginger candy honestly saved me. I kept a flask ready by my bed coz mornings were the worst. Make it light na, strong ginger made me feel even more queasy lol.
