This is my first and i really want to do everything right for the baby. Eating, walking, sab kuch. Would love to hear small daily habits that helped you have a healthy pregnancy.
Healthy pregnancy needs a good diet, sufficient water intake, prenatal vitamins (as prescribed by your doctor), and light exercise like walking. Also, prioritize mental health; stress reduction is key. Don't overdo anything, just be consistent and mindful.
Oh, this is exactly what I'm wondering too! We are planning to conceive soon, and I'm trying to gather all tips. I guess a good diet and some mild exercise are a must, right? What else do you ladies recommend for overall health and wellbeing during this time?
Beta, pehle toh achhe se khaana khaao, ghar ka bana hua. Subah shaam thodi walk karo, taazi hawa mein. Aur haan, apni body ki suno. Agar thoda ghabrahat ho toh dadi ke nuskhe hain, jaise warm milk with haldi, but always ask doc for medicines. Don't take risks.
The most important thing is consistent doctor's appointments. I had thyroid issues during pregnancy, so regular check-ups and blood tests were crucial for me. Don't skip any, and always follow your gynac's advice religiously. Your health is priority.
It's all about balanced living. Eat well, stay active with walks, and get enough rest. Try to keep stress at bay as much as you can. My normal delivery really benefited from these simple habits. Just enjoy the journey and trust your body!
