We've been trying for about 5 months now and nothing yet, im starting to feel a bit low about it honestly. Im tracking my dates but maybe im doing something wrong. What helped u actually conceive? any tips pls.
We just started trying and I had the same question honestly. Someone told me to stay relaxed and not put too much pressure, stress can make it harder. Folic acid and tracking the right days is what I'm focusing on for now.
Honestly nobody can make it 100 percent sure, it can take a few months even when everything is fine. Track your ovulation, stay regular around those days, take folic acid and keep healthy. Give it time before stressing.
Don't stress too much yaar, that genuinely matters more than people think. Track your ovulation days, take care of yourself and let it happen. Putting heavy pressure on it only makes the wait harder.
I'm trying too so I get the question. From what I've learnt theres no 100 percent guarantee, but tracking your fertile days around ovulation gives the best chance. I started using an ovulation kit, it helped me know my window better.
With my pcos it took longer and I dont want to make it sound easy. Tracking ovulation helped but my cycles were irregular so I needed my doctor's help to time things. If its been a while for you, seeing a gynac early is worth it.
My doctor said the key is the fertile window, the few days before and around ovulation. She also advised both partners to be healthy, folic acid for me beforehand, and to give it up to a year naturally before testing. If you have irregular cycles though, see her sooner.
