Its been a few months since delivery and the pet is still very loose and out. Honestly thoda demotivated looking in the mirror. What worked for you all to get it back in shape?
Actually, getting a flat tummy takes time because the uterus takes about 6 weeks just to shrink back to its normal size. My doctor explained that diastasis recti (gap in abdominal muscles) is very common, so we should avoid standard crunches. Doing specific postpartum core exercises under guidance is much better.
If you had a C-section, please be extremely careful and dont put pressure on your stitches. My recovery took time, and wearing a gentle postpartum support belt (only after the doctor allowed it) helped support my back and tummy. Dont start any heavy workouts until your doctor gives a green light.
Your body has just created a beautiful life, so please be gentle and stay positive. Instead of stressing about a flat tummy, focus on nourishing yourself with simple, healthy ghar ka khana and trust that your body will heal in its own time with God's grace.
Please dont rush into getting a flat tummy immediately. I had some postpartum complications, and my doctor strictly warned me against tight belts or heavy workouts early on. Ask your gynac first about when it is safe for you to start gentle exercises.
Losing tummy fat can be a bit slow, especially if your hormones are still balancing out. If you had thyroid issues like me, keep up with your regular doctor check-ups and thyroid tests, because hormonal imbalance can make weight loss harder. Be patient with your body.
I totally understand how hard it is to look at your postpartum body and feel upset. But honestly, that soft tummy carried your baby for 9 whole months! Give yourself some grace and love, you will get back in shape slowly, but right now your recovery is the most important thing.
