im 14 weeks and keep reading about brain development stuff. people tell me to listen to music, eat dryfruits etc. honestly dont know whats real and whats just talk. what did u mommas do?
I kept my mind peaceful, listened to soft music and prayed daily, it kept me happy and I believe baby feels that calm. Stay positive and stress free. Good food and good mood, that was my whole plan.
My doctor said good nutrition especially folate, iron and omega-3, plus controlling stress, supports brain development. She told me there's no shortcut to make a baby 'smart', it's mostly genes and a healthy environment. I just ate balanced and talked to my belly, which felt lovely anyway.
Honestly the biggest things are simple, eat well, take your folic acid and omega rich foods, stay calm and avoid stress. I talked and read to my bump too. Theres no magic trick but a healthy mom and good nutrition matter most, ask your doctor about supplements.
I focused on eating nourishing food, eggs, nuts, fruits, fish if your doc okays it. Did indulge cravings sometimes too, balance hai na. A happy relaxed mama is the real secret I think.
