im 28 weeks and my bp came slightly on the higher side in my last checkup. Gynac wants to monitor it closely now. Apart from what she said, what lifestyle things helped u keep it in control?
I bought a small home BP machine and checked twice a week, took 2 mins. Less namkeen, more water and proper sleep helped me actually. Note the readings and show your gynac na, that way appointments are quicker.
My amma kept telling me to stay calm and not stress, which actually does help with BP. I added more home cooked food and reduced outside salty stuff. But for the medicine part I only followed what doctor said.
My BP went up around 7th month and honestly dont take it lightly. I cut down salt a lot and rested more, but the main thing was regular checkups so my gynac caught it early. Pls keep monitoring and call doc if u get headaches or swelling suddenly.
