I have a small fibroid which my gynac knew about before, and now in pregnancy that side is paining sometimes. Im 14 weeks. Anyone went through pregnancy with fibroid, how did u cope with the pain? will check with doc also.
I totally understand how draining this pain can be, I was there too. You are doing great by asking. Lean on your doctor for the pain part and try to rest as much as you can. Sending you strength yaar.
I had a fibroid during pregnancy and the pain was real. This is one thing you should really keep your gynac in the loop about, dont self manage. They monitored mine with scans and guided me on rest. Please get it tracked properly.
I wont pretend to be an expert on fibroids but I know how worrying these things feel. The one thing I would say is keep every pain update going to your gynac so they can keep an eye. Take care of yourself.
Rest is your best friend when fibroid pain hits, dont push yourself. Warm support and lying on the comfortable side helped me a bit. But the dose and any medicine has to come from your gynac, never on your own.
My doctor said fibroids can sometimes hurt as the uterus grows, and rest plus enough water helps. She did not let me take any random painkiller, only what she prescribed. Definitely go by what your own doctor advises since fibroids vary.
