How to manage high blood pressure during pregnancy?
Last checkup mere BP was a little on the higher side and doc told me to keep watching it. Im 28 weeks now and honestly thoda scared because of all the things i read online. How do you ladies keep it under control?
When my BP went up, I immediately moved to my mum's place for a few weeks. My mother made sure I got salt-free simple food and complete bed rest in a quiet room. Being around family really helps to calm the nerves, but definitely keep your gynac in loop.
Arey, tell your husband and MIL to do all the work and not give you any stress! Just watch funny movies, eat less salt, and keep your feet up like a queen. Seriously though, keep that BP monitor handy and let your doc know if it goes up.
Look, high BP is not something you ignore or treat with home remedies. Cut down on salt right away, stop taking tension, and go see your gynac. Take the prescribed medicines on time daily without fail.
High BP can be serious, so please consult your doctor immediately. At my hospital, Cloudnine, the nursing staff gave me a proper chart to monitor it at home twice a day and report any spikes. Don't hesitate to call your doctor's emergency number.
Hey, don't stress too much okay? High BP is super common in pregnancy and easily controlled with mild meds that are safe for baby. Just cut down on pickles and papad, take your rest, and let the doc handle the rest.
