Im 6 months now and the weight is going up faster than i expected, my checkup is coming and im a little worried. I dont want to do anything risky for baby though. How did u all keep it in a healthy range?
Daily walks once my gynac cleared me kept my gain in a healthy range. I focused on protein and veggies over fried snacks. Nothing extreme, just steady and consistent.
With my GD i had to watch this closely, so balanced meals and cutting sugary stuff helped a lot. Small frequent meals over heavy ones kept it steady. Definitely get your weight tracked by the doctor at each visit.
Honestly eating on time was half the battle for me at work. I kept fruits and nuts handy so i didnt binge on junk. A short walk after lunch helped too.
