Im 12 weeks and still doing full day at office, by evening im completely drained. The nausea plus long meetings is a lot. How did you all manage work without burning out, any tips?

Be upfront with your manager about your needs early, it makes life easier. I shifted to more desk work and avoided long commutes in peak hours. Set boundaries and protect your rest.
I had to reduce my workload because of some issues, so listen to your body seriously. If your doctor advises less stress or rest, please follow it. Work will always be there, this time is precious.
Plan your day, do heavy tasks in the morning when energy is more. Take short walks, dont sit too long. And learn to say no to extra load, your body comes first.
I worked till my eighth month and the trick was small breaks and not skipping meals. Keep snacks and water at your desk, and put your legs up when you can. Dont be shy to ask for lighter tasks on tired days.
