Every scan they tell me some measurements and weight but i dont fully understand how they track if baby is growing well. Im 22 weeks. Can someone explain what they actually look at?
Actually the ultrasounds are the real way to know. Don't go by belly size, that fooled me totally. Best to follow whatever scan schedule your gynac gives.
I used an app that showed week by week size comparisons which was fun. But for actual numbers I just relied on the scan reports. The app is more for feeling connected na.
My doctor said growth is tracked mainly through scans, they measure things like head, abdomen and femur length. She also checked my fundal height by hand at each visit. The scan report gives an estimated weight too.
